Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager to oversee all phases of our projects, from concept through construction. This role involves site planning, construction drawings, permitting, and construction administration. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met. Utilizing Revit, you will review and oversee construction documents, specifications, and design deliverables while ensuring compliance with zoning, building codes, and regulatory requirements. You will lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, support value engineering, and cost analysis efforts, and collaborate with development, construction, and property management teams to align project goals with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of projects from concept through construction including site planning, construction drawings, permitting, and construction administration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met.
  • Using Revit, review and oversee construction documents, specifications, and design deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Support value engineering and cost analysis efforts.
  • Collaborate with development, construction, and property management teams to align project goals with company standards.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to lead every facet of a large-scale multi-family or industrial project from concept through completion.
  • 5-15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in Sketchup, Revit, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with multi-family, mixed-use, or industrial projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Architectural Licensure (RA) is a plus but not required.
  • Beyond the basic qualifications of AutoCad and Sketchup, it is more of an intangible collaborative effort with the group.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
Work Environment

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, allowing flexibility and balance. Office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel to job sites in New Jersey as needed. Enjoy summer Fridays during the summer months. Employees have access to a gym and basketball court within the office. The company plans to move to a new state-of-the-art office in Paramus within the next two years, designed with a modern 'techy' vibe and equipped with top-notch amenities. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $72.00/hr.
