Operator**
**Job Description**
As an Operator, you will be responsible for cleaning parts to established standards using various techniques such as blast booth operation, chipping, and grinding. You will also be involved in moving materials, marking parts for identification, and following manufacturing's sequence procedures. Operating the wash and paint booth area will be part of your daily tasks, along with performing TPM tasks accurately and consistently. Adherence to all safety regulations while performing your duties is crucial. This role requires 5,000 hours of experience to perform work proficiently, and you may be asked to perform other duties as designated by your supervisor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clean parts to established standards using blast booth operation, chipping, and grinding.
+ Move materials and mark parts for identification.
+ Follow manufacturing's sequence procedures.
+ Operate wash and paint booth area.
+ Perform daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency.
+ Follow all safety regulations while performing duties.

+ General knowledge of blast booth and wash/paint booth operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Vocational or high school graduate or equivalent.
+ Skills in powder coating, paint preparation, industrial painting, painting, spray gun operation, general labor, and sanding.
