Position Summary
Yoh is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a strong background in land surveying to lead operations for our client in the engineering and construction services sector. This full-time, onsite role in Warren, NJ is ideal for a professional with 8+ years of experience, particularly in vertical construction, team leadership, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review survey drawings, plats, legal descriptions, title reviews, and construction layout data.
Provide clear, concise weekly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and resource needs.
Lead and mentor both field and office survey teams; oversee personnel and technical resources across multiple projects.
Develop and enforce safety plans, QA/QC protocols, and peer review processes for all survey deliverables.
Represent the firm in client meetings and proposal efforts; support business development and relationship management.
Monitor project budgets, profitability, and accounts receivable; coordinate billing and collections with accounting.
Drive staff development, performance evaluations, and recruitment initiatives.
Promote the companys brand and values through professional conduct and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Perform additional duties as needed to support project and organizational goals.

Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of land surveying experience, including 4+ years on construction projects (vertical construction preferred).
Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
Bachelors degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related survey software.
Strong ability to interpret complex drawings and technical documentation.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and effective at all organizational levels.
