Construction Superintendent

Are you an accomplished Construction Superintendent with ground-up big box commercial experience? If so, we encourage you to apply now! We have a client actively seeking a traveling superintendent to lead diverse projects, including large box retail, gas stations, auto dealerships, warehouses, and grocery stores. Projects will be around the USA with travel and housing expenses covered, as well as full benefits and opportunity for long-term job stability. No relocation required for this position as long as you can travel for the projects.

responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards design plans, and project timelines
  
  
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel
  
  
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations, including OSHA standards
  
  
• Oversee quality control throughout the construction process
  
  
• Communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and other clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising large box ground up commercial construction (Grocery stores, Retail, Auto Dealerships, Warehouses)
  
  
• Current OSHA 30 is required, CPR certification preferred however can be obtained with a paid online course
  
  
• Proven experience to lead construction teams effectively with great communication and organization
  
  
• Ability to travel more than 90% of the time throughout the continental United States
  
  
• A project list is required
