Finish Carpenter

We are an established and continuously growing finish carpentry company seeking a self-motivated, hard-working individual who wants to start a beneficial career. Our company specializes in all phases of finish carpentry inside some of Florida's most unique and exquisite homes. The right individual must have experience in interior finish carpentry within the last 2 years and a strong eagerness to learn.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

* The first 2 weeks are structured as an evaluation period that will assist in determining whether you are a good fit for our company. The starting rate of employment will be $20.00 per hour. The starting rate is not intended to insult anyone, but rather to identify and weed out individuals who are not interested in pursuing a full-time career. Once the individual has completed the two-week trial period, an evaluation of their overall experience, work ethic, punctuality, tools, and other relevant factors will be discussed to determine a more fitting pay rate, potentially up to $30.00 per hour or higher, which will be implemented immediately. Once the employee has reached the 3-month mark, they will receive a sign-on/appreciation cash bonus of $250.00. After 1 year of employment, you will be eligible for 40 hours of Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Annual Bonus, and More.

Basic Requirements:

1) Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

2) Must work at least 40 hours a week.

3) Must speak fluent English and be in the United States Legally.

4) Must be able to build everything that is shown in the pictures posted in this ad with minimal instruction.

5) willing to travel within 50+ miles of central Bradenton. Compensation for distance will be discussed.
