Under general direction of the Contracts Supervisor, responsible for accurately entering contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system. The ideal candidate for this position should have contract management experience and strong analytical skills. Expertise in handling large data sets, and proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
Maintains supplier relationships and is responsible for resolving contract price issues and performing root cause analysis.
Acts as a key contact for internal teams, GPO, and manufacturers to ensure positive customer relationship for contract agreements. Attend external calls as needed.
Validates contract updates and makes appropriate contract database system changes in SAP.
Maintains exception reports and analyzes pricing and membership information.
Performs analysis of contract discrepancies; identifies source of issue and decides the appropriate action needed to resolve the issue; complex issues may require the coordination of several internal departments and representatives from the supplier.
Partner with account managers/sales coordinators to review contract issues and resolve potential concerns.
Work with cross-functional business units to troubleshoot contract discrepancies and updates membership and pricing information.
Receives, identifies, and resolves discrepancies associated with assigned supplier contract issues.
Attend customer contracts onboarding meetings and provide reporting as needed.
Act as a team player and be willing to provide additional support as needed by leadership.
Initiate and drive process improvement opportunities to drive cost effectiveness and efficiency.
Supporting pharmaceutical contract industry policies related to 340B, Contract Pharmacy, and Orphan Drug regulations.

Education and Work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program; normally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience.
