Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Contracts Supervisor, the

Contract Analyst II

is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining contract pricing and membership information within the contract management database system. The ideal candidate brings experience in contract management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large data sets using tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Excel. This role supports supplier relationships, ensures pricing accuracy, and engages with internal and external stakeholders as needed to maintain high levels of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, validate, and maintain contract pricing and membership data in SAP and related systems.

Analyze and resolve contract pricing discrepancies through root cause analysis and coordination across internal departments and supplier representatives.

Maintain supplier relationships, act as a key point of contact for internal teams, GPOs, and manufacturers.

Monitor and analyse exception reports and support data clean-up or correction as needed.

Participate in onboarding meetings, external calls, and internal discussions to ensure contract compliance and pricing accuracy.

Partner with account managers and sales coordinators to review and resolve contract-related concerns.

Support pharmaceutical contract industry regulations, including 340B, Contract Pharmacy, and Orphan Drug policies.

Identify and drive continuous process improvement opportunities for cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Produce reports and support leadership with ad hoc contract analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of related experience in contract management, pricing analysis, or a related field.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Proficiency:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, formatting, and data validation.

Experience with Salesforce and SAP is highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).

Analytical & Detail-Oriented:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly evaluate data and situations.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
