Fluxcore Welder Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to perform Flux Core Welding on mild steel for an industry leading company right outside Nashville, TN. The role involves Flux core and stick welding, along with collaborating as part of a team under the guidance of a supervisor. Pay: $21.30hr - $24hr 1st shift: Mon - Fri, 6:00am - 3:30 pm 2nd shift: Mon - Fri, 3:15pm - 12:45 am. Responsibilities Perform Flux Core Welding on mild steel. Utilize Fluxcore stick welding techniques. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Work collaboratively as part of a team under supervision. Ensure precision and quality in fabrication tasks. Essential Skills Flux Core Welding Blueprint Reading Stick Welding Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous welding experience of 3 to 6 months required. Why Work Here?
