Anoka Housing & Code Compliance Inspector
This position will serve as Housing & Code Compliance Inspector; responsible for conducting housing and property maintenance inspections and City Code enforcement. Duties include but are not limited to: Schedule and perform rental property inspections. Responds to citizen complaints, identifies violations, issues citations, resolves disputes and works with property owners to achieve code compliance. Inspects property and reports observed or suspected violations. Monitors vacant properties. Assists with review of rental licensing applications.
