Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing projects such as design-build commercial structural steel and bridges, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale structural steel fabrication projects from planning through completion

• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships

• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and construction teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements

• Identify and resolve project issues proactively

• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and clients

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication

• Experience with design-build commercial structural steel and bridge projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and complex scopes
