Custom cabinet shop in Hendersonville, NC is looking to add an experienced high-end Cabinet Installer to our team. Our ideal team member has a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to precision and detail. We design, produce, and engineer premium custom cabinetry for luxury homes all over WNC. Youll be expected to read and interpret complex shop drawings, plans, and details; attend production/installation meetings and work closely with our designers and engineers while providing input and feedback to ensure superior quality installations; use your knowledge and expertise in premium materials/finishes, advanced woodworking/installation techniques, and job site/workflow management to ensure functionality, design intent, and precise, efficient fitment of our casework into our clients beautiful homes.

We are proud to work with some of the best architects and builders in the area and we manufacture and finish all of our cabinetry in our 10,000 sq/ft shop in Hendersonville, NC. Our clients expect the highest quality in our materials, finishes, craftsmanship, communication, and installation and we take pride in meeting/exceeding those expectations. We prioritize quality and precision but also deliver on-time installations and top-tier project management and communication. Our entire team collaborates on each project to determine the best assembly/installation methods, solve logistical challenges, and attain our clients goals, ranging from pre-installation mock-ups to on-site assemblies. Qualifications
-Able to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
-Experience installing high-end cabinetry and trim
-Able to work independently and within a team
-Proficient using hand and power tools
-Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Requirements
-Valid drivers license
-Willing to start and end workdays in Hendersonville, NC
-Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities
-Attend and participate in pre-production/installation meetings
-Perform pre-installation site inspections with our Project Managers
-Assist in wrapping, packing, loading, and delivering cabinets
-Assess and maintain stock of any required installation materials
-Execute cabinet installations to meet the highest standards
-Install moldings, scribe stiles, and make necessary adjustments in the field
-Install functional and decorative hardware, ie. Hinges, Drawer Guides, Handles/Pulls
-Communicate/collaborate effectively with designers, PMs, and adjacent trades to ensure smooth installations
-Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site
-Perform post installation walk-throughs to generate thorough, accurate punch lists
