Facility Foreman

Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Foreman to our safety conscious team! The Facility Foreman is responsible for daily activities and general oversight for plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, retail consolidation and groundwater sampling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs one or more specific plant operations such as, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, wastewater treatment, groundwater sampling
• Assures all required paperwork for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations have been completed
• Ensures that supervised operations staff meets all compliance standards
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment
• Ensures that all sampling and leachate collection is completed within specifications
• Operates a forklift when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Previous Supervisor experience is a plus;
• 2+ years of industry-related experience;
• Ability to work in team environment;
• Organization and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in Windows based computer applications;
• Demonstrates proficiency in one or more of the following specific plant operations: drum pumping; drum dumping; tank farm operations; truck offloading/loading; wastewater treatment.
