The Opportunity: Beyond Traditional Sales

This role offers a compelling blend of design consultation, strategic sales, and relationship management. You'll be the face of Rite Rug, guiding discerning clients through product selection and ensuring a seamless, high-satisfaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate High-Value Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with an affluent client base, B2B partners, and real estate professionals.
  • Strategic Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Expertly identify customer needs and strategically align them with our premium flooring products and services, creating tailored solutions.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively promote and sell Rite Rug's comprehensive portfolio, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from precise measurements and payment processing to ensuring absolute customer satisfaction post-installation.
  • Become a Product Authority: Master a deep understanding of our diverse flooring products, positioning yourself as an invaluable resource to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
