Rich Global is actively seeking a high-performance Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our elite development team in West Palm Beach. This is a hands-on, high-urgency role for someone ready to live inside a projecttracking every task, pushing deadlines, coordinating professionals, and keeping momentum alive across complex, high-stakes real estate developments.

You'll work directly under our Director of Development and CEO, supporting some of Florida's most sophisticated multifamily, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developmentsincluding LIHTC projects with multi-layered funding and public-private partnerships.

This is not a remote role. It's not a passive role. You'll be in the trenches every day following up, documenting, coordinating, solving problems, and driving projects forward.

What you'll Do

Coordinate and track day-to-day progress on assigned development projects (usually 1-2 at a time)Interface with architects, engineers, municipalities, attorneys, and consultantsPrepare and manage RFIs, submittals, meeting agendas, and action logsHandle permitting, plan submittals, utility coordination, and documentation trackingAttend OAC meetings and drive follow-ups through to completionSupport budgeting and invoice tracking in coordination with CFO and accountingUse monday.com, HubSpot, Teams, and other platforms to keep operations organized and updatedRun errands when needed (e.g., dropping off permits, collecting stamped plans)Become the go-to operational support system that helps unlock every next milestoneGrow into a full Project Manager role as your capabilities and experience mature

What We're Looking For

1-3+ years of relevant experience in construction, development, or real estate project coordinationExperience with general contractors, real estate developers, or project management firms preferredExcellent written, verbal, and organizational skillsStrong follow-through and a whatever it takes mindsetProficiency in productivity platforms (monday.com, Teams, HubSpot, etc.) a plusBased in or able to commute to West Palm Beach full-time no remote workBachelor's degree is welcomed, but not required.
