Our client (Main Contractor) operates within 3 key sectors; Leisure, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to 20 million. Following a the delivery of an initial project, our client has secured their 2nd scheme for a Midlands Premier League Football Club on a negotiated basis. This is a 20 million scheme and you will report to a site based Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. About You: Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of 5 million. Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor Reside within commutable distance of Birmingham. Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
