What We're Looking For
A degree in Civil Engineering
PE license is a plus
Experience with land development, municipal infrastructure, or both
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A desire to grow with a company that values people as much as performance
