Pipefitter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in and around Maryville, TN . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Cut, thread, groove, and weld pipe to specifications using hand and power tools

• Install and repair piping systems made from carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials

• Lay out and assemble pipe systems, supports, and related equipment

• Test piping systems for leaks using appropriate testing methods

Requirements:

• • Minimum 4 years of Pipefitting experience

  • Proficient with hand tools, torches, and pipe threading/grooving equipment

  • Comfortable working from heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions

  • Must have own basic tools and PPE

  • Reliable transportation and ability to work 40+ hours per week

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification; TI does offer course to qualified employees who have yet to obtain the certification

  • Experience with TIG or stick welding is a plus
