Crane Operator

Randstad is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operators (Weekend Shift) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating overhead/bridge cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment at an auto manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This role requires understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

salary: $37,440 - $41,200 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position loads as required by project specifications.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections on cranes and other equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with ground crew members to coordinate lifts and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, including load weights, distances, and any incidents that occur during operation.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
