JOB OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial, residential & industrial HVAC systems across a variety of environments and job settings. The ideal candidate will be able to do the following in a professional & friendly manner:

- Perform seasonal maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Test and repair electrical circuits, pipe joints, and tubing for leaks using pressure gauges and other tools.
- Service and maintain split-units & packaged units
- Ability to work from blueprints, schematics, specifications and manuals.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of 5+ years as an HVAC technician is required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications/HVAC license, a plus
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting residential & commercial HVAC systems.
- Able to work in fast-paced work environments with accuracy
- Experience with a variety of brands/manufacturers equipment
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Occasional after-hours or weekend hours

COMPENSATION:
- Pay is based on experience level
