Job Description: The Construction Foreman will oversee and coordinate the work of construction crews on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Train and mentor new employees.
Occasionally participate in building activities as needed such as framing, demo and finish work.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional construction-related certifications are a plus.
Must be able to traverse the production facility.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
