Ability to read ALL plan sets
Experience with DPD, City Seattle, Inspectors
Must work with subs and other framers as needed
Material take-offs for order placing is a must
Deep list of supplier/sub resources
Must be a High-Level framer/contractor
10yrs minimum residential home building experience
*MUST live in Seattle area
*MUST be avail by Sept 1st
