Position: Survey Technician
Compensation: $35$45/hour (based on experience)
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Prepare and configure data for seamless field operations.
Analyze and convert post-survey data to support project success.
Perform construction layout calculations, as-built surveys, and detailed sketches.
Produce grade sheets and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys with precision.
Conduct topographic analysis and draft Metes & Bounds descriptions.
Develop FEMA Elevation Certificates and Subdivision/Lot Consolidation Plans.
Mentor CAD Drafters and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
Utilize field data, sketches, and maps to develop accurate mapping solutions.
Ensure high-quality plan presentation and survey traverse adjustments.
What Were Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on surveying experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
A proven track record of clean, accurate, and professional deliverables.
Solid understanding of field survey operations and the construction/engineering industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
