What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Construction , you will take charge of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of project managers, superintendents, and field personnel, while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders. Your role will also include:

• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

• Conducting regular site visits to assess progress and resolve field challenges

• Driving strategic improvements using performance metrics and operational insights

• Promoting a culture of innovation, safety, and accountability

• Championing a family-first, team-oriented workplace culture

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, including time as a Senior Project Manager

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale commercial construction projects

• Strong expertise in scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• A results-driven mindset with the ability to mentor teams and inspire performance
