A Snapshot of Your Day

The Field Service Project Manager is responsible for leading service projects. The selected candidate serves as the client advocate for safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and is responsible for profit and loss for project performance. Field Service Project Managers actively participate in planning, executing, and closing projects with internal and external collaborators.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage field service projects to ensure proper execution from quote through project closure and cash collection.
  • Ensure client success by managing projects effectively: accurate quoting, detailed planning, resource alignment, issue resolution, and financial optimization.
  • Promote zero harm culture throughout PE org to ensure proper planning, controls, and mitigations for safety considerations are in place for SE projects.

What You Bring

  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED that can be verified; Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, Project Development, Construction Management or experience as a General Foreman/Millwright
  • Significant experience with rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas, Power and/or Pulp and Paper Industry
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera is a plus
