Plumbing Foreman Job Description We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to manage commercial and industrial projects in the greater Raleigh area. Projects vary in scope from $250k to $10 million, depending on the candidate's experience and capability. This full-time position requires flexibility to handle projects across Raleigh and occasional travel work. Responsibilities Manage and oversee plumbing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality craftsmanship. Interpret and apply blueprints for installation and construction tasks. Ensure proper installation, soldering, and pipe fitting with a focus on commercial construction. Handle new construction projects, including cast iron piping and plumbing installations. Essential Skills Proven experience in plumbing and construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Expertise in installation, soldering, and pipe fitting. Experience in commercial and new construction projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have a clean driving record. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to document project progress effectively. Why Work Here?
