Senior Mechanical Engineer (10-15 Years)

Coffman Engineers' Seattle office has an immediate need for an enthusiastic, innovative, and quality-oriented Mechanical Engineer with a background in HVAC consulting engineering to join our group as a long-term member of our highly-respected team.

We are looking for someone who works effectively with all personality types, interested in developing close relationships with our great clients, and who desires to grow professionally and stay involved in the activities and exciting trends in the industry. The position will involve a mix of design work for construction documents, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing. We work in tight-knit teams that support each other and are managed with a healthy work-life balance that is focused on development and caring for the whole person.

Expected annual salary of $115,000 - $130,000.

Hybrid Work Schedule, In Office 3 Days per week (subject to change)

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering field
• Registration as a P.E. in WA required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing engineering required
• Experience in Project Management is required
• Experience with industrial, pharmaceutical, and laboratory projects is preferred
• Experience with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Trane Trace, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navis.
• Active industry involvement preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
