Construction Manager (Telecom)

A client is seeking a hands-on Senior Construction Manager to oversee a dynamic telecom project. This role is predominantly remote and desktop-driven, with occasional site visits. Youll manage a team of 1012, steering project scope, timelines, and construction deliverables including punch lists and close-out packages. With the project scope expanding, youll play a key role in revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of 1012 construction professionals

Own punch list reviews and close-out package completion

Manage project scope, scheduling, and bid assessments

Coordinate with T-Mobile stakeholders and internal SSC teams

Supervise database management and documentation tracking

Handle minimal field inspections (~10% travel required)

Project Manager Telecom Construction

Insight Globals client is hiring two Project Managers to assist in the execution of telecom infrastructure initiatives. These roles support site coordination, scheduling, and documentation, with occasional field visits. You'll collaborate closely with the Construction Manager to ensure seamless project performance and close-out compliance.

Responsibilities

Support daily telecom construction operations

Monitor project schedules and punch list completion

Assist with bid reviews and budget documentation

Maintain accurate close-out reporting and databases

Visit sites occasionally (~10%) for quality checks

Skills and Requirements

Senior Construction Manager:

-MH:

oExperience managing a team

o10+ years of experience as a construction manager in the Telecom industry (preferably T-Mobile)

oStrong telecom construction knowledge

Project Manager:

-MH:

o2+ years of experience as a PM or Construction Manager for a Telecom company or telecom consulting company

oStrong experience with close-out packages, punch lists, backhaul, etc.

Telecom Construction Manager:

-MH:

o5+ years of construction experience within Telecom

Someone who has turned a wrench and been onsite at the site

oStrong documentation, troubleshooting, and experience collecting data/documentation null
