Job Description

Develop scope of work, cost estimates, and job requirements of work requesters.

Schedule work, update the maintenance plans and include work instructions to each plan.

Open Maintenance plans in CMMS and update information such as equipment numbers, maintenance classification, budget item, or shutdown PM.

Place occasional purchase requisitions for labor/materials and follow up on orders and delivery scheduling.

Work with Maintenance leadership to improve work order planning and scheduling process by reviewing maintenance metrics.

Schedule Maintenance PM Shutdowns and equipment requiring maintenance.

May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

Close out work orders with regards to ensuring time is entered and parts are checked out.

Update production and scheduling with maintenance plans and production equipment availability.

Ability to schedule work notifications based on priority and availability of equipment.

Coordinate various maintenance planning meetings.

Qualifications:

High School/Technical School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of technical/mechanical and electrical work experience.

ground in maintenance planning and scheduling experience.

SAP knowledge is preferred.

Ability to utilize and understand CMMS.

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and rotating equipment.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Basic understanding of electrical equipment and electronics and a solid understanding of the interface between electrical and mechanical equipment is preferred.

Ability to understand ISO requirements, inspections, and audits.

Strong time/project management skills.

Solid organizational skills.

Must have 24/7 availability.

Availability to respond to any emergency situations outside of normal schedule.

Minimal travel required (0-10 days per year).
