The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for engaging all resources to achieve project goals. The PC supports the account relationship and has a high level of client contact. Furthermore, the PC will positively manage communication between other departments of CI to ensure a positive customer experience.

Essential Functions

  • Establish/Verify/Confirm overall scope and success criteria; ensure positive customer experience.
  • Direct dealer/manufacturer/client team to achieve mutual goals and communicate status throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including key project decisions, customer project requests, financial and change order revisions and additions
  • Coordinates order between departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of specification and job cost estimates prior to order entry.
  • Schedules, communicates and coordinates installation dates with customer, installation, sales and appropriate contractors including the coordination of pre-project, pre-install and post-install meetings.
  • Tracks multiple projects throughout the process to ensure the timely and accurate completion and monitors job costs.
  • Troubleshoots and tracks any problems to resolution that may occur including damages, shortages, discrepancies and changes and follows up with affected parties by providing written documentation.
  • Facilitates project walk throughs and develops punch list; is responsible for punch list resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related industry preferred but nor required
  • 2-5 years experience in customer service or as a project coordinator
  • Experience validating project labor pricing and troubleshooting product installation challenges in the field
  • Proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow to handle a diversity of tasks at once and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
  • Express self clearly and professionally in both written and verbal form.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, administrative, and critical thinking skills.
