Construction Superintendent

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include: Minimum 5 years of experience in field construction supervision Experience overseeing commercial projects valued between $250K and $3M Proficient in MS Office Suite and skilled in documenting daily activities and progress reports Responsible for onsite safety compliance, including OSHA and client-specific requirements Coordinates daily field activities, subcontractors, logistics, and scheduling to ensure quality and timeliness Works closely with the Project Manager to resolve site issues, plan staging, and implement logistics Maintains and updates project schedules, including 3-week lookaheads Facilitates site meetings, enforces construction standards, and serves as the point of contact for field activities Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
