We are excited to accept resumes for a successful manufacturing company in Sutherlin, OR for an onsite experienced Project Coordinator to support technical sales, customer service, and municipal project coordination. This is a direct hire, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Project Coordinator Manufacturing Details:

Direct Hire position

$28.00 to $44.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday)

Review and interpret specifications, drawings, and public bid documents

Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer submittals

Communicate with engineering, production, and external stakeholders

Manage multiple projects and RFQs from sale through delivery

Provide responsive, professional support to customers and internal teams

Project Coordinator Manufacturing Qualifications:

Associates degree in a technical course of study or comparable work experience in an engineering environment

Minimum 2+ years experience in technical customer service, public bid processes and project coordination

Understanding of mechanical/electrical concepts; ability to read plans/specs

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus

Applicant may be subject to a background check
