Experienced Carpenter

Responsibilities include
- Site Preparation: Clear land, rock grade, vertical boring,
- Post Installation: Measure and set vertical posts securely into the ground
- Framing: walls, trusses, and roof framing
- Roofing snap lock and 3' metal installs
- Siding: Install hardy, metal panels or other materials for exterior protection
- Doors and Windows: Install windows and doors
- Interior Work: May include, interior trim, cabinets, flooring depending on scope

Technical and Safety Responsibilities
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret plans and specs to guide construction
- Material Handling: Safely transport and store lumber, steel, and tools
- Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools like drills, saws, and nail guns
- Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA standards and wear protective gear

Team and Project Coordination
- Crew Collaboration: Work with laborers, foremen, and subcontractors
- Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges like weather delays or material shortages, customer curveballs
- Quality Control: Ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
