Heavy Civil Estimator - Earthwork & Concrete Tilt-Wall Salary: $130K - $170K Full Benefits Location: Insert Location or "Open" if remote/travel We're hiring a Heavy Civil Estimator with strong expertise in earthwork and concrete tilt-wall construction to join a respected and growing civil construction firm. This is a critical role offering autonomy, competitive pay, and the chance to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects across the region. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil projects including earthwork, tilt-wall, asphalt, and heavy concrete Conduct quantity takeoffs, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, scope reviews, and bid proposals Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop competitive estimates Support handoff to operations, assist with change orders, and track job costs post-award Contribute to ongoing estimating strategy improvements and job reviews What We're Looking For: 5 years of estimating experience in civil construction with earthwork and concrete tilt-wall focus Proficiency in B2W, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Spectrum and XBE are a plus Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience preferred Understanding of OSHA and environmental compliance standards What You'll Gain: A key position with influence and long-term growth potential A supportive, team-oriented work culture Competitive $130K-$170K base salary plus full benefits The opportunity to shape communities through complex civil projects If you're a skilled Estimator ready to take on exciting challenges, apply confidentially today.
