As an HVAC Installer, you'll perform full residential HVAC system installations - from demolishing old systems to commissioning new ones. You'll work on a wide range of components including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, line sets, ductless systems, gas lines, and more. You'll also represent the company on-site, communicating clearly with homeowners and supporting your team in delivering seamless installs.
What You'll Do
Install new, retrofit, and change out HVAC systems for residential customers.
Perform full installations from start to finish with limited supervision.
Commission new equipment, documenting subcooling, superheat, amperage, and airflow.
Survey homes to assess scope of work and project needs.
Communicate with customers to explain system features, warranties, and options.
Apply knowledge of residential codes and safety standards on every job.
Keep track of tools, parts, and materials for each project and your assigned company van.

What You Bring
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience or equivalent HVAC schooling plus apprenticeship.
EPA certification required (NATE or other certifications a plus).
Strong understanding of HVAC components, codes, and install processes.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.
Positive, customer-first mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Compensation & Benefits
$30-$35/hr, depending on experience.
Ability to back-up drive company vehicle with HVAC Lead
