Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Estimator - Grading/Civil Sitework position include: 10+ years of experience estimating residential land development projects; commercial/industrial experience is a plus Proficient in AIA billing, job costing, and managing contracts Ability to perform takeoffs using any software (Trimble or AGTEK preferred); model building experience is a major plus Comfortable being in the field daily, overseeing $800k-$8M projects and supporting 12-15 local team members Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build a Rolodex of potential clients Experience managing grading, pipe, utility installation, and blasting is highly desirable Proven ability to manage one high-quality job at a time with focus on organic growth Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and performance-based bonuses with potential to earn $200k-$250k+. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Estimator - Grading/Civil Sitework position include:

10+ years of experience estimating residential land development projects; commercial/industrial experience is a plus

Proficient in AIA billing, job costing, and managing contracts
