Production Welder - Apprentices welcome

We are looking for Welders for a client here in Calgary. We are open to Welders with 2nd year apprentice to Journey person.

Safety is there number one focus so ensuring that there is transparency, and a keen eye for safety is key.

Shift Day: Monday to Friday
Shift Time: 7:00 am - 3:30pm
Overtime: Optional and offered

Payrate is dependent on experience
Permanent position

Specifications
1) Hold a Valid CWB ticket - MIG OR TIG - all positions
2) Have experience with all positions

Qualified candidates will be selected for a interview and then a weld test to be conducted by the client
This position is located within Calgary

Responsibilities
Adhere to health and safety protocols
Reading drawing and schematics and interpretting them
Lay our and secure parts according to schematics
Welding using electric, gas or other welding equipment
Welding skids, and structural

Qualifications
CWB Certified - Must be able to provide a copy
CWB in MIG - all positions
OR
CWB in Tig - all positions
Pass a weld test
Read blueprints
Experience in Manufacturing
Must be able to be fitted and wear a respirator
Must supply your own welding helmet
