We re seeking an experienced and reliable Reconstruction Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial rebuild projects from start to finish. What You ll Do
Supervise all phases of reconstruction projects on-site
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, crews, and inspections
Ensure work meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
Maintain daily job site documentation and communicate progress
Work closely with clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters
Monitor materials, budget, and job costs
Ensure job site safety and enforce compliance with company policies
What We re Looking For
Valid driver s license (required)
High school diploma or GED (required)
Able to pass a background check(required)
3+ years in construction or reconstruction, preferably in restoration
1+ year in a supervisory role
IICRC certification (preferred)
Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
Tech-savvy enough to use project management and estimating tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces
Comfortable with physical labor, ladders, and varied job site conditions
Degree in construction management a plus!
