Were currently seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Helper to join our team and support our skilled tradespeople on a variety of job sites. Preferred candidates will have a proactive and can-do attitude with a desire to grow with the company.

Job Summary:
The Construction Helper will assist with general labor tasks on residential home sites, including site preparation, material handling, equipment operation support, and cleanup. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the home renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload construction materials
Set up and take down scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures
Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Operate basic hand and power tools
Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
