What You'll Be Responsible For : Keeping common areas in top condition : lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, trash rooms, grounds and pool decks. Sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, restocking restrooms, and sanitizing surfaces. Painting, light bulb replacement and pressure washing. Noticing and reporting leaks, hazards, or anything that needs repair. Completing daily task lists. Complete daily reports. Using green-certified cleaning supplies and following safety protocols. Representing TamCare with professionalism and a courteous attitude toward residents. What You Bring to the Role : At least 1 year of experience in janitorial, porter, or residential property care. A proactive mindsetyou see what needs doing and take care of it. The ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work outdoors, and stay on your feet throughout your shift.
