Trillium Construction is now hiring a Solar Superintendent in Chathum, VA.

Our client specializes in solar construction and is now hiring a Superintendent for a 4.5 MW ground mount project in Chathum, VA. This is a long-term contracted position with an hourly rate of up to $50/hr plus a $2k monthly per diem and lodging provided.

Duties:

-Works closely with the project manager on planning, organizing and overseeing of project execution. Ensures tight communication on any delays, issues or concerns regarding schedule, budget, and labor

-Manage the project closeout process demobilize all resources

-Develop, maintain, and communicate policies, procedures, and processes that help prevent problems from occurring

-Ensures proper documentation is completed and stored properly

-Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Project Superintendent within Solar construction

-Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.) Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings

-Electrical knowledge and experience a plus

-High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions

-OSHA 10
