What Youll Do
Supervise subcontractors on projects from start to finish, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, interior and exterior renovations and everything between.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and our team to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Ability to perform hands-on finish work if needed, such as finish carpentry, paint and other detailed final tasks to deliver polished results.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and client specifications, while troubleshooting any on-site issues.
Keep clients thrilled with clear communication and a seamless project experience, stepping in to handle finish details as needed.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a working superintendent or lead in home remodeling, with strong skills in finishing work.
Hands-on expertise in construction processes and overall remodel execution for diverse projects.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while jumping in to finish tasks as needed to keep things on track.
Reliable transportation to visit job sites in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, and surrounding areas.
