Pay Rate: $80/hr to $85/hr on W2

Surrounding team & key projects: They will be leading/working on retrofits and special projects that they have. They are looking for someone who is senior person who has strong experience with this. They need to be able to manager more proactive projects, timelines, and be a project manager or leader of initiatives under their scope. Follow up and ensure projects are being delivered on time, raising issues/concerns before it becomes an issue. Interact with key and senior stakeholders from a project perspective to get data and or information out from those teams.

• Contracts Administration – 10+ years of experience
• Construction Experience – 10+ years of experience
• Procurement experience – 10+ years of experience

Typical task breakdown and rhythm – this role consists of 50% (technical operational) hands on activities to perform the scope (going into systems preparing RFPs, going into meetings helping with scope of work, putting information in Compass etc..). 20% better preparation for execution of project management and of the work & 20% business strategy for CO+I in regard to special projects/development, 10% communication. Understand RFP and what is needed, procurement experience, and being able to discuss items with vendors. Contract management is also quite important as well.

Best vs. average – Attitude, the way they behave and interview is quite important. If they can articulate leading a project.
