We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Construction Contracts Manager. This role involves leading and managing the sourcing strategy within defined categories, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing the sourcing process to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Data center or motion critical experience is a strong plus
• Construction background, ProCore experience.
• Procurement Contracts background
• Finance background (cost estimating, cost management background)
• Document Management (very organized)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques and supply chain management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field

• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers
• Experience in managing key sourcing activities for business projects
• Expertise in procurement policies, processes, and best practices

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement category strategy
• Maintain a detailed understanding of business drivers and their impact on strategy
• Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policies and processes
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and identify new partners
• Monitor compliance with sourcing processes and act as an internal consultant
