Key Responsibilities:
Estimating:
1.Preparing cost estimates for projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and related documents.
2.Performing quantity takeoffs and material pricing.
3.Developing project budgets and proposals.
4.Negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
Project Management:
1.Planning and managing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2.Overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
3.Managing project budgets and costs, including change orders.
4.Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
5.Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Other Responsibilities:
