Custom Cabinet Builder Millwork Shop (South Florida)

Were a high-end millwork company located in Coconut Creek, Florida, and were looking to add a talented and experienced Custom Cabinet Builder to our team. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and have a deep understanding of cabinetry and woodwork, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
1. Build custom cabinets and millwork from shop drawings

2. Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and cut lists

3. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision

4. Collaborate with shop managers and other team members to meet production goals

5. Ensure quality control and proper finishing standards

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in custom cabinet building or architectural millwork

* Strong knowledge of woodworking materials and construction methods

* Ability to read shop drawings and work independently

* Proficient in operating standard millwork tools and equipment

* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Location:
Based in South Florida Shop-based position with potential field installations if needed

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Full-time hours, MondayFriday
