Master Electrician**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a Virginia licensed Master Electrician seeking an excellent opportunity to contribute to the electrical workflow of renewable projects, specifically construction of utility-scale solar panel projects. We are hiring candidates interested in seeking management roles (Superintendent or similar) or individuals desiring to be more of an individual contributor as well. Individuals will oversee both underground and above-ground solar electrical installation work.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and oversee crews performing solar electrical installations.

+ Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications for both underground and above-ground installations.

+ Coordinate daily activities and provide direction to workers on-site.

+ Collaborate with the Construction Manager to maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.

+ Perform troubleshooting and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Conduct daily safety talks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

**Essential Skills**

+ Must hold Virginia Masters Electrical / State Contractors License

+ 5+ years of experience in solar electrical work.

+ 5+ years of management experience.

+ Proficiency in electrical, conduit, wiring, and troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Knowledge of industrial or utility electrical construction.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
