Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team for a temporary project. The role involves working from 7 AM until the work is finished, seven days a week for five weeks. You will be performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading and unloading, digging, and clean-up to support daily operations at a construction site. Your contributions will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general labor tasks including demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and site clean-up.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.
+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
+ Support overall project operations with a focus on general clean tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
+ Ability to speak upon and adhere to safety precautions in a construction environment.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
+ Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, scissor lift, scaffolding, loading, and lifting.
+ Proficiency in using a tape measure, hammer, and saw.
+ Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
+ Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
+ Reliable transportation to and from work.
