WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING:
Duties to include, (but not limited to):
- Assisting co-workers in the day-to-day operation of the paint lines.
- Ability to operate every machine
- Ability to help operators trouble shoots issues on all machines
- Ability to train new operators on all machines
- Have forklift certification
- Ability to operate handheld
- Ability to pick material for work orders
- Ability to stock move finished product from stage out to location in warehouse
- Knowledge of warehouse
- Have working knowledge of Shop-Trak
Utility Operator Demonstrates:
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and innovative solutions to eliminate obstacles
- Ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining solid communication skills
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership skills that portray excellent team work.
- Ability to maintain positive moral within the workforce.
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma.
Working Demands / Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds at those times when assistance is needed on production floor.
- Work schedule consists of working a 12-hour daily shift.

Conclusion: The Utility Operator will exemplify the high standards that have come to be associated with WSC. As an ESOP owner, acting with honor, integrity, and positivity is imperative. The Utility Operator's prime objective is aid in troubleshooting machine issues that occur within his/her shift.
