Electrician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Low Voltage Electricians for projects located in and around McCordsville, IN . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $24-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Pulling, testing, and connecting CAT6 cable

• Installing surveillance cameras and control boxes

• Reading and interpreting schematics and prints

• Install low voltage wiring and components for systems such as security alarms, fire alarms, access control, audiovisual, and networking

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system performance

• Diagnose and repair faults in wiring, devices, or systems

• Provide demonstrations, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction

• Adhere to all applicable low voltage electrical codes and regulations

• Maintain detailed records of system configurations, maintenance, and repairs

• Work with other technicians, contractors, and project managers to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• • Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and blueprints

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Customer-focused attitude

  • Physically able to work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, etc.)

  • High attention to detail and precision
