The Facility Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that all plant activities such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, retail consolidation, and groundwater sampling are performed safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES ResponsibilitiesPlant Operations (30%): Oversee and perform plant operations including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, wastewater treatment, and groundwater sampling.
Paperwork and Compliance (20%): Ensure all required paperwork for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations.
Supervision (20%): Supervise operations staff, ensuring all activities meet compliance standards.
Work Environment (15%): Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring that safety standards are consistently followed.
Sampling & Collection (10%): Ensure that all sampling and leachate collection is completed within specified guidelines.
Forklift Operation (5%): Operate a forklift as required.
QUALIFICATIONS QualificationsEducation :
High School diploma or equivalent, with specialized training or at least 1 year of college in General Studies.
Experience :
5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Certificates or Licenses :
Relevant certifications in operations and plant management preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
Demonstrates complete proficiency in specific plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, wastewater treatment, and groundwater sampling.
